JOB DESCRIPTION:

Looking for a dynamic and experienced web producer to join our web marketing team. As a web producer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day production of Commvault.com content. The focus of this position is to collaborate directly with business owners, web strategists, operations, and development teams to expedite the creation of web experiences that engage and convert online visitors. Ideal candidates will have a working knowledge of Wordpress, modern content management, digital assets, project management, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Building, editing, maintaining, and launching pages on the corporate website
  • Support initiatives to optimize web experiences that will increase site traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define web requirements, content changes, web update schedules, and status communications/updates.
  • Ensure enforcement and implementation of corporate web standards on SEO, user experience, brand, legal, and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with business owners, web strategists, and the larger production team throughout the page production lifecycle.
  • Produce web pages to within our design/quality standards that meet business stakeholder needs and customer experience goals.
  • Confirm analytic web signals, reporting, and performance insights align to measurement and optimization goals.
  • Working with developers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on corporate site.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of online web production experience in a fast-paced, and goal-driven environment.
  • Experience working on commercial websites with an understanding of web technologies, browser compatibilities, web site optimization based on analytic insights.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design
  • Working knowledge and understanding of web code (e.g., html, css, js, etc.)
  • Team-oriented, motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment with proven customer relationship skills.
  • Understanding of self-project management with the ability to prioritize tasks and projects in real-time by clearly communicating workload priorities, service level agreements, and feasibility of requests.
  • Excellent professional verbal and written communication.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Understanding or experience with any project management software.
  • General understanding of website analytics (Google Analytics), Search Engine Optimization (Ahrefs), and web personalization (Mutiny) is a plus
