JOB DESCRIPTION:

Commvault is looking for a Government Compliance Manager to join the legal compliance team. In this role you will support all aspects of Commvault's Government compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage current government compliance programs, including but not limited to FedRAMP.

  • Lead all aspects of all operations of the Facility Clearance (FCL) as the Facility Security Officer (FSO).

  • Create and update policies, procedures, and other documents for authorizations and audits (e.g., SSP, POA&M).

  • Develop and provide security briefings and insider threat training to internal collaborators and subcontractors.

  • Perform cross-functional interviews with internal/external collaborators to determine if controls are implemented correctly, operating as intended, and producing the desired outcome.

  • Coordinate with auditors and oversight agencies to facilitate inspections of programs and systems and acquire authorizations.

  • Investigate policy violations and prepare reports detailing remediation and preventive actions.

  • Stay up to date on emerging regulations and enforcement actions to guide strategic program decisions.

  • Scope and gather requirements for new authorizations and certifications.

Candidate Profile
  • 7+ years of experience managing government compliance programs at global technology companies.

  • Direct experience managing a FedRAMP program and managing a Facility Clearance (FCL) with the Defense Counterintelligence Agency (DCSA) required.

  • Expertise in relevant federal laws, initiatives, and requirements (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, FIPS, CMMC, Supply Chain, FAR/DFARS, 32 CFR 117) and unique government contracting requirements.

  • Familiarity with international government compliance requirements (e.g., Australia IRAP, Canada CSP) preferred.

  • Excellent project management, prioritization, communication, and attention to detail.

  • Great teammate who can work with a broad range of levels and personalities, build cross-functional relationships, manage conflict, and persuade collaborators.

  • Active US security clearance is not required but a plus.

Thank you for your interest in Commvault. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, and within the below base salary range:

$85,000 - $212,800
